1:1 Fitness Coaching is designed to help you build lasting strength, move better, and feel confident in your body. This is fully customized coaching built around you, your goals, your schedule, and your lifestyle. Whether you’re training at home or in the gym, everything is designed to be effective, realistic, and sustainable.

Your training plan is built specifically for you, with workouts that challenge you while still fitting into your life. Sessions are structured, purposeful, and designed to help you progress safely, whether that means building strength, improving endurance, or refining movement quality.

We start with your foundation, focusing on core strength, stability, and proper movement patterns. From there, your program evolves as you do, introducing more advanced movements, increased intensity, and progressive overload in a way that supports your body, not burns it out.

This coaching is ideal for those who already feel confident with their nutrition or macro tracking and want to focus fully on their training, strength, and performance.

Every piece of your coaching is intentional, giving you the structure, guidance, and accountability you need to continue progressing with confidence.

*Our 1:1 fitness coaching is delivered through online programming, not in-person. We create a custom training program tailored to the gym and equipment you have access to. You’ll get full guidance with trainer-created exercise videos for form cues and modifications, plus direct access to our coaches via TrainHeroic and/or WhatsApp messenger to ask questions or send videos for feedback. On top of that, we provide a comprehensive weekly check-in to celebrate wins and address any concerns.

Who This Is For: Designed For You Fitness helps women, especially moms of young children, build strength, confidence, and sustainable results through personal training.

This coaching is for you if you’re ready to focus on your training and want a clear, structured plan that evolves with you. We specialize in 1:1 personal training, strength training for women, postpartum and prenatal fitness coaching, core and pelvic floor training, and body recomposition through strength-focused programming.

If you already understand your nutrition or prefer to manage that on your own, this option allows you to put your full focus into building strength, improving movement, and continuing to progress in your training.

 

Everything is delivered online, giving you the flexibility to train on your schedule while still receiving high-level, personalized coaching. Whether you’re returning after pregnancy, rebuilding consistency, or ready to push your strength further, this is built to meet you where you are.

What to Expect and What's Included: 1:1 Fitness Coaching is a 12-week personalized coaching experience designed to support your strength journey with ongoing guidance, adjustments, and accountability.

Custom Training Plan: A fully individualized 12-week training program tailored to your goals, experience level, and the gym or equipment you have available. Delivered through the TrainHeroic App.

Video Movement Tutorials: Access to trainer-created exercise videos to support proper form, build confidence, and offer modifications when needed.

New Client Coaching Guides: You’ll receive a “New Client 1:1 Premium Fitness Coaching” guide and a “Lifter’s Guide” so you feel clear and confident from day one.

Progress Tracking & Adjustments: Consistent, personalized coaching feedback each week with clear next steps, support, and training adjustments to keep you progressing.

Weekly Check-Ins: Weekly check-ins through our custom Client Check-In Spreadsheet, where you’ll receive personalized coaching notes and adjustments to your fitness plan based on your progress, along with clear guidance and support for any questions or concerns.

Ongoing Coach Support: Direct access to your coaches via TrainHeroic and/or WhatsApp messenger for questions, guidance, and support between check-ins, including the ability to send videos for form feedback.

Weekly Education: “Tuesday Tip” email covering key fitness and nutrition topics to help you learn, stay consistent, and build long-term habits.
