This is fully customized coaching built around you, your goals, your schedule, and your lifestyle. Whether you’re training at home or in the gym, everything is designed to be effective, realistic, and sustainable.
Your training plan is built specifically for you, with workouts that challenge you while still fitting into your life. Sessions are structured, purposeful, and designed to help you progress safely, whether that means building strength, improving endurance, or refining movement quality.
We start with your foundation, focusing on core strength, stability, and proper movement patterns. From there, your program evolves as you do, introducing more advanced movements, increased intensity, and progressive overload in a way that supports your body, not burns it out.
Alongside training, your nutrition is fully personalized through macro coaching. You’ll learn how to fuel your body in a way that supports your goals without restriction or extremes. This is about building awareness, consistency, and long-term habits that actually stick.
Every piece of your coaching is intentional, giving you the support, structure, and accountability you need to see real progress and feel confident doing it.
*Our 1:1 fitness coaching is delivered through online programming, not in-person. We create a custom training program tailored to the gym and equipment you have access to. You’ll get full guidance with trainer-created exercise videos for form cues and modifications, plus direct access to our coaches via TrainHeroic and/or WhatsApp messenger to ask questions or send videos for feedback. On top of that, we provide a comprehensive weekly check-in to celebrate wins and address any concerns.

What to Expect and What's Included: 1:1 Fitness & Macro Coaching is a 12-week personalized coaching experience designed to support you through every stage of your journey, with ongoing guidance, adjustments, and accountability.
Custom Training Plan: A fully individualized 12-week training program tailored to your goals, experience level, and the gym or equipment you have available. Delivered through the TrainHeroic App.
Video Movement Tutorials: Access to trainer-created exercise videos to support proper form, build confidence, and offer modifications when needed.
Personalized Macro Coaching: Custom macro and calorie targets based on your body, goals, and lifestyle, along with guidance to help you implement them in a realistic way.
*We do require a premium subscription to either MyFitnessPal or Lose It to support your coaching. This allows you to track your food intake, understand portion sizes, and see your macro breakdown so you can better understand how your nutrition is impacting your body and goals. The premium version also gives your coaches visibility into your logs, so we can monitor your intake, provide more accurate feedback, and make informed adjustments to better support your progress. Please note, this is an additional cost separate from coaching.
New Client Coaching Guides: You’ll receive a “New Client 1:1 Premium Fitness Coaching” guide, a “Getting Started with Macros” guide, and a “Lifter’s Guide” so you feel clear and confident from day one.
Progress Tracking & Adjustments: Weekly or bi-weekly check-ins using photos, measurements, weight, and biofeedback, with adjustments made to both training and macros based on your progress.
Weekly Check-Ins: Weekly check-ins through our custom Client Check-In Spreadsheet, where you’ll receive personalized coaching notes and adjustments to your fitness and macro targets based on your progress, along with clear guidance and support for any questions or concerns.
Ongoing Coach Support: Direct access to your coaches via TrainHeroic and/or WhatsApp messenger for questions, guidance, and support between check-ins, including the ability to send videos for form feedback.
Weekly Education: “Tuesday Tip” email covering key fitness and nutrition topics to help you learn, stay consistent, and build long-term habits.
